The 10th French-Ukrainian workshop on the instrumentation developments for HEP which will take place at IJCLab on June 10-12, 2025 is dedicated to the memory of Mykola F. Shulga.

Joint developments between French and Ukrainian laboratories/universities as well as new proposals will be discussed. Discussion will be centered around the topics of the LIA/IRP project and its program extentions.
